You will manage the day-to-day execution of complex civil projects, ensuring that the high-grade steel, cement, and finishing materials provided by our logistics division are utilized efficiently and to the highest structural standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee site preparation, foundation work, and structural framing for large-scale commercial and residential developments.
- Coordinate directly with our internal supply chain managers to call in material deliveries exactly when your site needs them.
- Ensure all civil works strictly comply with Ethiopian building codes and safety regulations.
- Lead a team of site supervisors, foremen, and contracted labor to meet tight project deadlines without compromising quality.
